Free replacement

A free replacement is our first response whenever a placement does not meet the agreed standard. We will re-run the order on an equivalent or better publisher, at no additional charge, in situations such as:

  • The article or link is removed by the publisher within the guarantee window.
  • The link goes live with the wrong attributes or placement compared to your order.
  • The host page is set to no-index or is otherwise pulled from search after publication.
  • The delivered metrics fall materially short of what was listed for that publisher at the time of purchase.

Replacements are matched to a site of comparable authority and topical fit so the value of your campaign is preserved.

Full refund

If a free replacement is not practical, we issue a full refund for the affected order. This applies when:
